Multiethnica is published by the Hugo Valentin Centre, which is an interdisciplinary unit at the Departement of History, Uppsala University specialising in the fields of ethnic relations, on the one hand, and Holocaust and genocide studies, on the other. Tomislav Dulić is a historian and since 2013 the director of the Hugo Valentin Centre at Uppsala University.
